Teacher Appreciation Week was last week and guess who forgot again this year? That’s right – this girl. I originally planned to give our preschool teachers a small gift each day for the entire week… And then I blinked and realized I missed the whole thing. C’mon Becca – get your life together!
Thankfully, this is the last week of school and it’s never too late to redeem yourself! So I scoured the Internet for cute and easy ideas. In no time at all I managed to put together five mini gifts! They’ll just be “End of the Year” gifts instead of “Teacher Appreciation” gifts.
The first idea I went with was the “Thanks for helping me grow” printable. Just attach chap stick to this free printable and it looks like a flower. Cute – easy – and useful! Here’s where I found the idea and how I put mine together:
Supplies
(Pssst! You can pull this list up on your smart phone and cross off items as you shop!)
- Free printable – available at Here Comes the Sun Blog (click here).
- White card stock.
- Scissors.
- EOS lip balm.
- Tape or glue. (We always use Glue Dots – they are my favorite crafting adhesive!)
Note: I purchased all of our supplies from Amazon, because I am a lazy shopper! Here are the supplies and links I used: white card stock, EOS Lip Balm, Glue Dots.
Directions
This couldn’t be more simple to put together. Be sure to head over to the Here Comes the Sun Blog and show Kelly some love for this cute idea!
- Grab your free printable. Available here.
- Print onto white card stock.
- Cut out the printable.
- Attach the lip balm.
That’s it! From start to finish it takes less than 10-minutes!
Seriously – how cute are they? These would make great babysitter or daycare provider gifts as well! (Hopefully I can tuck that idea away for next year and actually remember to use it!)
