Day 5 of 7 in my “Week in the Life” project. This day was full of Halloween surprises, family time, and a live appearance on a local TV show.
7:17AM | BREAKFAST. Toast with “pee-nuh but-ta”.
7:48AM | HAPPY HALLOWEEN! We took a quick photo before driving the kids to their morning activities.
8:18AM | COOKIE FOR BREAKFAST. Allison’s daycare provider made Casey a special Halloween treat. Of course he just HAD to eat it on his way to Grandpa and Grandma’s house.
9:09AM | PICKING UP. While making the beds, I saw Casey’s little Converse sneakers neatly sitting in his closet. Is there anything cuter than baby sneakers?
9:42AM | MORNING DELIVERY. Aunt Peggy sent the kids a special Halloween package. The box was decorated so nicely! It truly made my day!
1:05PM | LUNCH? I just realized I hadn’t eaten lunch. So I grabbed “one” Peanut Butter cup… Then another, and another…
2:06PM | WELCOME! This sign belonged to Greg’s grandma. I love the way it brightens up our front door.
2:57PM | LIVE! I was asked to be a guest on Paula Sands Live. It’s always fun to be in studio.
3:11PM | GAMES! My segment was on Halloween games; I love coming up with new holiday games to play!
3:34PM | IT’S A WRAP! All the cute guests on today’s show.
5:32PM | TRICK OR TREAT! Trick-or-treating at Grandma’s house.
5:48PM | Casey had fun, but he wanted to know why they weren’t handing out chicken nuggets and French fries.
6:02PM | GOODNIGHT! Too chilly for this family! But these bundled up cuties had fun.
We ended the night at Grandma’s house. Happy Halloween everyone!
